We take vigorous measures to insure that our products work correctly
and efficiently for a long time. Currently, through our intensive product
testing, we have been able to greatly improve the quality of our LEDs
and Stainless Steel Products to a point where we lead the truck accessories
industry in reliability. Try our products, we guarantee satisfaction.
Warranty
Policy

LED
Lighting:Depending on the type of LED light, the number of
warranty years varies. If even one diode fails in a LED light during
its guaranteed time, YourTruckShop will gladly replace
it. Please contact your local TRUX dealer or YourTruckShop
for more information.
Stainless
Steel:: All stainless steel products are guaranteed against
defective workmanship for a six month
period from date of purchase.
Note:
Parts that have failed due to driver error or modification are not covered
under warranty. YourTruckShop makes no warranty on parts that have been
put into service in a "nonstandard application". If you would

Stainless
Steel Fender Care & Maintenance: YourTruckShop: strongly
recommends washing your fenders with water only. If detergents are necessary
do not use anything more than a mild soap with water. When wiping or
buffing your fenders we recommend using a soft, clean cloth making sure
to wipe in the direction of the grain, do not buff in a circular fashion
as this could mar the surface of the fender.

Return
Policy:

For
all returns and warranties, please contact the original TRUX dealer
that the product was purchased from. Please instruct the dealer to contact
YourTruckShop and take care of all matters promptly.

Refunds
and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after purchase date.
Please note that all refunds and exchanges should be processed through
any TRUX dealer. It is he or she who should contact our Customer
Service department.
Returns
must be in perfect condition, undamaged and unopened. In addition, yourtruckshop
is not responsible for return delivery costs.
